My name is Trevor Noland! I am a Tucson native who has a deep passion for yoga and the study of consciousness and lucid dreaming! I’ve been practicing yoga in some form or another for the past 20 years. I am all about methods that work and deliver real measurable results. I have both my Registered Yoga Teacher 200HR and a 100HR IAM Yoga Nidra Facilitator certification.
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a form of guided meditation that capitalizes on the benefits of sleep, while keeping you awake throughout the experience.
Yoga Nidra has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, as well as help the both addiction and PTSD.
In a Yoga Nidra session you get as comfortable as possible, and simply listen along. There may be occasional actives in the Nidra session such as stretching or breathing techniques.
